She still has a disembodied head; that's just a crudely-made seal to keep it on.

So yeah, this incarnation of Larcine has found hope in life when she was adopted by Harely and her redneck family. They live way out in the country, so she should keep her secret much easier; that, and that these people have seen weirder than a girl with a disembodied head. This incarnation is no longer immortal either.
